through our national provider network, hopscotch is committed to providing high quality pediatric behavioral health care our goal is to provide an unparalleled approach to ensuring that children and families receive the care they deserve and our providers are supported with the tools, resources, and feedback needed to deliver a superb care delivery experience in our quest for continuous improvement, and to ensure hopscotch is living up to our commitments to our clients and stakeholders, we have implemented a process for obtaining feedback from families about their hopscotch user experience this feedback serves to inform and improve our service delivery, and validate our efforts to provide the highest quality behavioral health services these short surveys are automatically generated to caregivers at predetermined intervals in their journey with us after their first session quarterly while services are being provided at termination the surveys attempt to elicit feedback from the client as to their overall satisfaction with hopscotch, as well as their perspective regarding their experiences with their provider it is our goal to be fully transparent with our providers about the responses received from families so that we can celebrate the positive feedback and address any areas of concern with providers directly
