Messaging your Client

currently client messaging is only available after you accept a client's consultation request to communicate with your client, use the messaging menu inside of the hopscotch platform the client's contact details are also found in the caregiver profile messages menu in the hopscotch platform navigate to the clients menu on the left choose the client's name select the messages tab as shown below any received replies will give you a notification as shown in the upper right hand corner email client using an email platform find their email address look in the general information tab of the clients profile
