some of the most common issues that prevent users (clinicians or clients) from starting or joining the hopscotch virtual meeting and suggested solutions are listed below unsupported browser warning in some cases, users may see a warning message on top of the virtual meeting page like this "you are probably using an unsupported browser or browser version if you are using safari, chrome, firefox or edge, please upgrade to the latest version " you can solve this problem by using one of the listed browsers or upgrading to the latest version of the browser, as suggested in the message audio / video problems when you join the hopscotch virtual meeting, you will see a prompt for hopscotch to connect to your device's microphone and camera you must allow that access to participate in the virtual meeting if you deny access, you will see a warning message on the screen, and you will not be able to proceed your browser's settings menu will allow you to change the permissions to enable the hopscotch application to access your microphone and camera if you are experiencing audio or video problems during the virtual meeting, make sure that you are not having any network issues if there are no network issues, you can start and stop the audio/video by clicking on the mute and video icons at the bottom of the screen if that also does not work, you can leave the meeting and join back in
