hopscotch network providers are designated as independent contractors within the entity of hopscotch health of nj, pc and must maintain the duties and responsibilities upheld within their contract agreement providers may refer to these duties and responsibilities within their individually signed independent contractor agreement hopscotch providers must hold a master’s degree or higher and have an active license in each state that mental health services will be rendered providers must be able to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy independently, without supervision hopscotch providers must be experienced in working with the child and adolescent population and agree to provide services within their scope of education, expertise, and professional training providers agree to comply with continuing education requirements and additional guidelines as set forth by their state(s) licensing board to maintain an active and compliant status hopscotch reserves the right at any point to conduct license verification of our network providers
