1 min
to remain an active member on the hopscotch provider network, hopscotch requires each provider to have at least one active client whether added from their caseload or accepted through our online directory if this expectation has not been met, providers must have their profile visible within the hopscotch provider directory and show that they are accepting new clients providers who choose to utilize the easy scheduling feature within the platform, must ensure the calendar availability they have provided is accurate and up to date providers are able to accept and add as many clients as their schedule allows hopscotch does not actively refer clients to providers it is the provider’s responsibility to have a directory profile that accurately reflects them as a clinician and is available for client requests and scheduling hopscotch’s community team provides numerous tools and support to help providers build their private practice to learn more about how to take advantage of these benefits, contact hopscotch recognizes that caseloads and commitments may fluctuate from week to week if for any reason a provider chooses to hide their profile from the directory and/or show themselves as not accepting new clients for more than a 2 week period of time, they must provide verbal or written notice to the clinical operations team of the reason for their inability to accept clients (ie maximum caseload reached, life event, medical reasons, extended vacation, etc ) no later than 3 business days after the change
