2.0 Correspondence with Hopscotch

providers must maintain the most up to date contact information including email address, phone number, or practice address within the hopscotch platform for the purposes of efficient and timely communication providers must update new or additional contact information within 48 hours if there have been any changes hopscotch providers must reply to communications with members of the hopscotch team at the following response rate mass communication emails (no response required) these communications are sent to all members of the hopscotch provider network which include newsletters, marketing or promotional events, and network or company updates general communication emails (response required within 2 business days) these communications are addressed specifically to the provider and will indicate within the content whether a response or action is required of the provider urgent communication emails (immediate response required) these emails will include the word urgent or action required in the subject line and should be read immediately by the provider a response or action is required of the provider as soon as possible voicemails messages left by a member of the hopscotch team will include the action or response requested or required by the provider
