2.3 Profile Visibility and Accepting New Clients

hopscotch providers have the ability to hide their profile from the network directory and/or show themselves as not accepting new clients if for any reason a provider chooses to hide their profile from the directory and/or show themselves as not accepting new clients for more than a 2 week period of time, they must provide verbal or written notice to the clinical operations team ( ) of the reason for inability to accept clients (ie maximum caseload reached, life event, medical reasons, extended vacation, etc ) no later than 3 business days after the change
