2.5 Non-Discrimination for Health Service Delivery

providers will administer behavioral health services to clients in a manner similar to and within the same time availability in which the provider administers services to any other individual a provider will not differentiate or discriminate against any client because of race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, age, disability, payment source, state of health, need for health services, status as a litigant, status as a medicare or medicaid beneficiary, or any other bias prohibited by law providers are not required to administer any type of health service that they do not customarily administer to others
