hopscotch has partnered with flagler health to provide mental health therapy for children in certain florida school districts with our florida licensed therapists many of these clients qualify for funding through the https //www careconnectplus com/programs/brave expanding throughout florida/ wherein they receive a set number of free therapy sessions through this partnership how does it work? hopscotch support processes these clients directly they schedule the first intake session on your calendar and all followup sessions will be scheduled between you and the caregiver the brave funding allows the client to attend twelve free therapy sessions with the option to get approval for an additional twelve on a case by case basis as you approach the 12 session limit, if you feel that more sessions will be necessary, please reach out to support with an explanation as you approach the session limit our team will do our best to notify you, but please do keep track of this yourself as well please be on the lookout in the hopscotch chat window where support will share their intake forms frequently asked questions from hopscotch providers 1\ can i schedule 45 min or 60 min sessions? sessions should be scheduled as 45 min sessions 2\ is there an intake session? the first sessions are intake sessions and all subsequent sessions are therapy sessions (45 minutes) 3\ how am i reimbursed? the reimbursement is the same as your 45 minute reimbursement rate 4\ what documentation is required? providers complete notes using the hopscotch standard “create note” feature in the platform 5\ can i charge for no shows? while hopscotch will reimburse you the standard $50 no show rate, we are not reimbursed for no shows from the brave program therefore, particularly with these clients please emphasize the importance of attending scheduled sessions or notifying if they need to cancel in advance 6\ do i have to conduct all 12 sessions? while it’s not a requirement, we strongly encourage you to do so, as these clients have qualified for 12 free sessions as part of this agreement 7\ how will the brave caregivers communicate with me? any referred client is required to use the hopscotch portal please contact us if you need assistance navigating this
