do i (or my clients) need to download any software to use hopscotch? no, hopscotch is a completely browser based application, which you or your clients can access through any desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device the latest versions of safari, google chrome, firefox, and edge are supported by our system we intend to release a corresponding mobile application soon how do i request new features in hopscotch? you can submit a new feature request by using the get help button in the form that appears please enter your suggestion we're always happy to add your requests! is hopscotch hipaa compliant? yes! upon registration, we provide a signed baa which you can download within the platform at any time you can find the agreements under your user profile menu (top right corner) > settings > agreements screen whom do i contact if i'm experiencing an issue? please search for common problems using the search box at the top of the page if you still don't find an answer, click on the "get help" button to report an issue or ask questions our team will respond within 24 hours the support button is the preferred method as it automatically sends us the website details from the user submitting the issue, which helps troubleshoot the problem alternatively, you can contact us by emailing support\@joinhopscotch com
