After receiving approval from Hopscotch’s Credentialing Committee, onboarding network providers will be enrolled into Hopscotch’s contracted regional and national insurance plans that correspond to the provider’s actively licensed state(s). Hopscotch’s Clinical Operations team will make every reasonable effort to enroll oncoming network providers in all eligible national and regional insurance plans for their licensure, but does not guarantee enrollment in all available contracted plans. If a provider has questions regarding their insurance plan enrollment status, they may contact the clinical operations team at
